Payment Options
Credit cards: We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout.
Net 30 Terms: To apply for Net 30 Terms, a completed online wholesale registration form must be filled-in (link here). Once we receive the application we will contact you within 1-2 business days. We require four trade references and one bank reference.
Shipping for Wholesale Customers
Shipping times will vary by season, please allow 3-4 days for order processing. Unless instructed otherwise, shipments go either by USPS or UPS Ground or the selection at checkout for non-term purchases . All shipments are FOB from departure. Shipping cost is calculated as an estimate on check out. If the actual shipment cost is more we will invoice you for the remainder.
Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and must be requested within 30 days. All returned merchandise must be in a saleable condition and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
Late Payment and Other Fees
Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month (18% annually) on delinquent accounts. A $25 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
Alterations Prohibited
Customer shall sell Products in their original packaging. Relabeling, repackaging (including the separation of bundled products or the bundling of products), and other alterations, except for personalization or customization of a Product as requested by and for the benefit of an end user, are not permitted unless authorized by LLdecor. Tampering with, defacing, or otherwise altering serial numbers, UPC codes, or other identifying information on Products is prohibited. Further, Customer may not remove, translate, or modify the contents of any label or literature on or accompanying the Product.
Internet Sales
Customers are permitted to market for sale or sell the Products through website(s) owned or operated by the Customer, provided however, that such website(s) identify the Customers’ full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. At any time, LLdecor, in its sole discretion, may revoke a Customer’s authorization to sell the Products on such websites and Customer shall cease marketing for sale and/or selling the Products on such websites immediately upon notice of such revocation. Customers shall not sell the Products on or through any other website, including any third-party marketplace site such as Amazon, eBay, Target Plus, Wayfair or Walmart Marketplace, without the prior written consent of LLdecor. Execution by LLdecor of the Authorized Online Marketplace Reseller Agreement constitutes the only means of providing consent to sell the Products on any third-party online marketplace site. No LLdecor employee or agent may authorize third-party online marketplace sales through oral statements, other written agreement, or by any other means.
Sales to End-Users Only
Customer shall not sell or transfer any of the Products to any person or entity for re-sale without the prior written consent of LLdecor. This includes sales to B2B accounts, wholesalers, freight forwarders/drop shippers for other Customers, or any other person Customer knows, or has reason to know intends to re-sell the Products. Unless separately authorized by LLdecor, Customers shall sell solely to end users of the Products and shall not sell to anyone a quantity of the Products greater than that generally purchased by an individual for personal use or gifting.
Wholesale Registration
All potential new wholesale customer accounts must submit a Wholesale Account Application for proper review prior to approval. Someone will contact you within 1-3 business days of receiving your registration form.
